Testimonials

Best Company to work with for your landscaping needs. It has been over 5 years since we hired New Leaf Creations to design and landscape our yard. The plants and trees have matured and created just the look we were hoping for. Everyone that comes to visit us comments on how beautiful the yard is in all seasons. We highly recommend Steve and his crew.

A year ago I had my first meeting Steve. I just “wanted the yard to look nice.” Little did I realize what a profound, life-affirming, healing experience it would be. I now have a beautiful urban oasis and the water feature Steve suggested attracts lots of different birds, including hummingbirds! I haven’t gone through a full year with the finished yard and am looking forward to seeing the changes in the fall and winter and beginning of spring. I feel so connected to the rhythm of the seasons. Steve and his crew are amazing, and the maintenance plan means my yard always “looks nice.” From the beginning, New Leaf Creations treated my little rambler like an estate.

Steve has a great crew and was able to take our vision for the lawn and turn it into reality. He gently made suggestions where needed, and those adjustments greatly improved the functionality of our landscape. His plant choices also took into account water source, soil quality, and sunlight. He also has an extremely professional crew, talented craftsmen and excellent problem solvers. We had several issues come up during our build, including a broken water main (not Steve's crew) and a cut internet cord, (repaired within two hours). Steve and his crew responded quickly and with empathy. Steve also came in at our budget. We look forward to watching our garden thrive for years to come. Highly recommend him if you are tired of listening to sales pitches from other landscapers who overcommit themselves and underdeliver.

Dave just tuned up our underground sprinkler system. He changed out some sprinkler heads, changed some of the sprinkler patterns, repaired some leaks, created some new sprinklers for the back garden and did it all with a wonderful attitude. I couldn't be more pleased with his work.

New Leaf Creations consistently delivers outstanding work, and they recently went above and beyond during a time of crisis. They quickly adjusted their team's schedule to meet my urgent needs, providing exceptional service and support. I truly appreciate their professionalism, flexibility, and commitment to their customers!

We were looking for a company that could do both special large projects as well as provide ongoing maintenance. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work that New Leaf Creations has done for us.

Terrific business - New Leaf Creations is locally owned and has been in business for around two decades. We have done two projects, both of which have turned out great. If you need thoughtful recommendations tailored to your property and budget, thorough communication and regular oversight by the company's leadership, this is your solution. Thanks for the new backyard Steve!

Steve and his crew did an amazing job on our backyard. We demolished our wood deck and Steve had a vision for a new patio with pavers, boulders and cut rock. We let him run with it and what he created was perfect! That was a year and a half ago. Recently we had him come back and finish with plants and mulch. Now our backyard is our favorite part of our house!

A top-notch, reliable and professional company with great crews. A recent backyard refresh delivered beyond expectations in the results.

Steve and his team at New Leaf Creations provided not only excellent, professional service, but made sure that we understood how to care for and nurture our new lawn as it germinated and grew to maturation. Any questions we had, they were willing to answer, in detail, and encouraged us to keep asking questions as our lawn matured. We will be recommending New Leaf Creations to our friends and neighbors, as we routinely share information about contractors and home improvement. M&L, Renton, WA

I have been a client of New Leaf Creations since 2005. Recently they did a landscape makeover in my front and side yard. I love the plants they chose and the landscape lights that turn on in the evening. The transformation was amazing. Looking forward to Spring when everything is in bloom! The crew was always professional and very knowledgeable and did an amazing job. They will be starting soon on my backyard. Can’t wait to see it once it’s done! Ella Marie Washatka Bellevue Resident

We are very pleased with the work done by Steve and the team at New Leaf Creations for our backyard project. Steve took the time to talk with us and understand what we had in mind for the space, how we planned to use it, and what was important to us. The team took a space that was not very usable, and created a beautiful patio with landscaping. They did a meticulous job leveling the ground and placing the pavers, and the result is great! We now have a backyard patio that looks great and is very welcoming and usable, with landscaping that enhances the overall look! We definitely recommend Steve and New Leaf Creations!

Steve and his crew were absolutely fantastic to work with and incredibly professional from start to finish. Our yard started as a mix of overgrown bushes, tired old plants, and mossy grass, and Steve transformed it into a beautiful, cohesive outdoor space with inviting walkways and thoughtfully chosen, low-maintenance plants that fit our home perfectly. We love how the new landscaping has completely transformed the outside of our home and made it a place we actually enjoy spending time in. The crew was punctual and respectful throughout the project. Since the project was completed, we’ve received a lot of compliments from neighbors and friends, and we’re always happy to recommend Steve and New Leaf Creations to anyone looking to upgrade their yard.

It has been a pleasure to have New Leaf Creations as my partner in creating a beautiful, relaxing and sustainable yard. The landscaping design and the systems that support it have worked extremely well and have generated so many compliments. I can’t say enough about the quality of the plants, lighting and water features treatments that provide so much joy to my family. The ongoing maintenance is done to perfection, and the crews are so friendly and diligent about making everything look its best. I never have to worry about any of my plants. Their care has made my investment a reasonable one, since the design and durability of the selected plants have had the long-term value one hopes for. Steve and Dave are great to work with – always ready with ideas for improvement or to address any issues that may arise. Over the last several years, I have worked with them to enhance my design by adding more groundcover or additional plants to fill open areas. They are the best!

Steve and his crew did a great job installing a sprinkler system in our yard and re-landscaping our back yard. The plant selections and placements are perfect. The work was done in a timely manner, by a very professional and friendly crew. I would definitely recommend New Leaf.

Steve and his crew serviced my large yard in Issaquah for years. The grounds remained lovely and when we went to sell, many prospective buyers commented that the yard was beautiful. Highly recommend them for their great responsiveness and reliability.

Steve and the team at New Leaf Creations rebuilt a retaining wall. The team was great to work with - professional service through and through. We really appreciated their attention to detail, timeliness and cleanliness. The finished product looks awesome.

Steve is phenomenal to work with. His team that constructed our project are so talented. Steve helped us design and create a beautiful upgrade to our lakefront property. Our daughter was married here soon after. They put in an amazing effort to have the lakefront ready and that included all our beautiful plantings. Steve and his team at New leaf are exactly who you want if you're looking to upgrade your home landscape. Thank you The Hopes

Steve and team are wonderful. They have been taking care of our landscape for years now, doing maintenance work weekly and preparing our irrigation system each season. They do a great job and are always super easy to work with when we have new project ideas. We couldn't be happier with their service.
